3.lead time for production:We must check your order size.Differents size

differents time .We can give you our normal lead time as follows:
  
    a.If your need 5000meters,we often cost 7 days.(Not include the print mark

 time);
    b.If you order  FCL 20,we often cost 20-25 days;(Not include the print mark time);

    c.If you order  FCL 20,we often cost 35-40 days;(Not include the print mark time);

4.Payment conditions : 30% T/Tearnest money before produce,70% T/T before transport;

1.mayer machines:

Yes, we have this machine. And the frist one we were bought in 2003.7. And 
we  added  three MAYER in our factory in  2005.8 . We have 4 MAYER in our factory in

all.And the ship-fitter named LUTE and SAM  who come from Germany.

2.Impulse Testing Machine:

Because of the name differents. I can not understand this machine useful. But i will tell

you our "burst test machine". It can test the machine work press&burst press&test press.

3. material:

a.wire: we use two company productins--PUGUANG(From China)&BEIERKATE(From Belgium).

b.rubber procured: from China (Sinopec Group) or Some from Trading Company

c.machines: We have  the Germany machine produce line.(MAYER weave machine&coalition wire

machine....And our test machin all come from China.
